In order to redefine the role of second language in the curriculum of higher education, the School has moved from just the study of ‘second language’ to the study of language, literature and culture. The curriculum includes art forms like music, theatre, painting, sculpture and films to introduce the students to the five decade old Indian civilization and culture.

Department offers Graduate Programs in English Literature, Hindi Literature, History, Psychology, Sociology, Political Science, Economics, Geography, etc. These courses have been designed methodically to provide rigorous knowledge of subjects to students as well as to enhance their critical and analytical abilities. It is continuously upgraded to incorporate the innovations and best practices from national and international universities.
